How to make iced chai tea latte
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 4 teaspoon Stash Chai Spice loose leaf tea
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cups of milk
- Sugar to taste
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- A pinch of cinnamon
Directions
- Combine the water and chai tea leaves in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and strain the tea leaves. Stir in a pinch of sugar (or more). Allow the tea to cool before setting it in the fridge to chill.
- Mix the tea with milk and serve over ice. For a slushy consistency, pour the chai and ice cubes into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
